I have DA installed on one computer. I would like to uninstall it (I have to sell the PC) and install it on another. Now that I tried to do it with the DA on another notebook, the program did not "let" me. What do I have to do to have a DA on a new computer after uninstalling from the old one?

The Windows version of the Timex Device Agent was developed to support only Windows 7 and Windows 8 operating systems. If you need to install it on a higher version (eg. Windows 10), then compatibility tweaks have to be used.
For example, download the agent again and then right click it. Choose Properties > Compatibility and enable OS compatibility. Choose a previous version (Windows 7 or Windows 8), tick the Run as Administrator and then launch the program.
I think Device agent is not supporting Timex anymore. I would like to know what other software I should use? Thank you.

I've checked the official website and Device agent is listed as being compatible with various Windows versions. I recommend checking that page because there are downloads for Windows and Mac as well as instructions available for Windows 8. The developers added instructions for both drivers (Global Trainer Driver & Cycle Trainer Driver).
I've also looked for other software, but there isn't one available on the Internet.
